Shipping Policy
At Just Becoz, we offer both standard delivery of 8 to 14 days and express shipping days options. We ship our products within India and internationally.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.
In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
For non-QR t-shirts, returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags. An unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange. Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective products.
Returns are not allowed for QR code t-shirts, but exchanges are available for defects or incorrect products. An unboxing video is required, and the defective or incorrect item must be returned first. We will cover the shipping cost for exchanges.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed, and the credited amount will reflect in your account within 7 days.

Order Cancellation Policy
For non-QR t-shirts, customers can cancel their order before it is processed or shipped. To cancel, please email or WhatsApp us. For QR code t-shirts, orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are customized.
However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, and the order hasn’t been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation.
